Today I am going to review you a popular Japanese Restaurant named Sushi Hiro. I had heard about this restaurant several times, but just had a chance to visit it last weekend. My friend told me that usually the restaurant was full all the time and the customers had to wait in the queue for a while.
We went to the restaurant in the afternoon and surprisingly there were few vacant tables left. So, we did not have to wait.
The customers could choose the sitting area. It could be either a table or the counter. If we choose the counter, we will see the cook make the food. Well, I chose the table.
Soon, the refreshing towel was served on the table.
Then, the staff handed us a menu. In the menu there were 2 languages: Japanese and English.
We did not pay attention to the menu much because we were interested in the promotion sign on the table.
Here was what we ordered.
I was really impressed with the quality and the taste of the food. Salmon was fresh, tender, and delicious. The atmosphere and the service were excellent. I liked all dishes except the free dessert; it was too sweet.
Here was the price that we had to pay. It was cheaper than I thought. The prices of the food here looked expensive. Well, all dishes we ordered were on the promotion list. Besides, we paid by cash in order to get more discount.
Update: March, 2016
Location & How to get there: Currently this restaurant has several branches in Bangkok such as Ramintra 57, Belle Grand Rama9, The Up Rama3, The Crystal Ratchapruek, The Eight Thonglor, and so on. I went to Belle Grand Rama9 which was in a walking distance from MRT Phra Rama9 Station.
Opening Hours: Daily from 11.00-23.00
Price: about 400+ baht per person.
