    Hi, Wannee!
I arrive in Bangkok on april 14th, and I was planning to get to know the city temples on april 15th. On april 16th my plan is to go to ayutthaya. Do you think the temples in Bangkok, as the Grand Palace will be open during Songkran? I am staying at Kao san Road, but I´m afraid I won´t do anything else other than get wet.. What would you recommend me to do?

hi there, my name is anndi from manila, philippines and i happen to chance upon your blog while searching about sunflower farms in thailand. anyway, i enjoyed your features on places to see in thailand, it brought back dear memories of me as a teenager spending many summers (usually during songkran week) with my family in your country. we always stayed in silom road during those times and i remember how much fun it was walking the streets when people would splash water at you or put some powder on your face. it was amazing!!! hope to read more about your travel and adventures.
