A review of aquarium fish at Chatuchak Market, Bangkok

Chatuchak weekend market is known as the biggest market not only in Bangkok, but also in Thailand. Many people said that you can find whatever you want at this market. Last week I went to this market and walked pass the aquarium fish market which is a part of the market, so I took the photos to share with you guys. This post is for a fish lover!

Well, first of all, I have to tell you that I’m not a fish expert, so there are many types of fish that I don’t know or don’t even seen before. So, sorry that I cannot give you much detail about them.

The fish section at Chatuchak Market is quite big. It could take you for an hour to walk around or a lot more if you stop at every shop to see every tank.

For some shops, the fishes are shown in the fish tanks. And, if you want to buy, you can choose the ones that you like. The prices were written down on the tanks.

For some shops, the fishes are ready to select from the tubs with the price tag over the tubs.

And for some shops, fishes are ready to sell packed bags with prices written on the bags.

Besides, there are shops selling tanks, equipment, fish food, and so on.

If you are interested in fish, this is a place for you. For me, it is an interesting place to visit even I’m not a fish lover and do not intend to buy anything. I had been there on Saturdays and it was crowded. So, if you want to spend time walk around to see and choose the fish or equipment you like, I recommend you to go on weekdays.
