Broccoli Revolution is a cafe and restaurant serving fresh and good quality vegan cuisine. The restaurant is located on the main road and I have passed it several times, but I did not have a chance to try.
Last week, I have been there for the first time.
From the outside, the restaurant looked lively because of the light green fern.
The restaurant had two floors. There were a number of tables on the first floor.
On the second floor, it was more private, less noisy.
Self-service free water is available. You can choose between orange and cucumber.
I loved the stainless cups which made me think of the old days.
To order the food, just go to the counter bar.
Then, you would get the number. And after that, the food would be served on your table.
Here is what my friend and I ordered on that day.
Laphet Thoke (Myanmar fermented tea leaves salad with cabbage, tomato, and assorted nuts) – 150 Baht
Avocado Toast (Spinach Bread, Home-made soy ricotta, Pumpkin Seed, Pomegranate) – 120 Baht
Cha Gio – Vietnamese fried spring rolls (Mung bean, Taro, Mushroom, Carrot) – 190 Baht
Spaghetti Quinoa Ball (Whole-wheat Spaghetti with quinoa balls in tomato sauce) – 220 Baht
Mangosteen, Green Tea, and Dark Chocolate Ice-Cream
All dishes were delicious more than I expected. If you want to develop a healthier lifestyle, I recommend this restaurant.
