Last weekend I went to an independent coffee café named Casa Lapin x 26. The café was located in a soi on Sukhumvit Road. I had heard about this café for a while, but I had never been there before.
After walking for about 10 minutes from Phrom Phong BTS, I saw the café. I was welcomed by the plants and flowers which were located in front of the café.
The café offered customer both indoor and outdoor zones. I chose to sit inside the café.
On that day, I ordered Iced Mocha (100 baht) and Salmon Udon Miso (190 baht). I loved the coffee, but the taste of the food was quite strange for me.
This café also offered two workshops: Basic barista course and Latte art course. If you are interested in the courses, you can call or email them for more information.
After sitting there for a while, my friend called me and decided to come to see me at the café to have a chit chat. After arriving, she ordered Lychee Tea Thyme (120 baht) and Roti with green curry chicken (250 baht). The food was good at first bite, but after that she felt that the Roti was too oily. The tea was nice; it was scented with lychee peels.
The café also had cakes, but my friend and I did not try.
I quite liked the café’s atmosphere. It is one of the great places to sit, work, and relax. I found out that many of the customers were foreigners. If you are finding a nice coffee café, Casa Lapin x 26 could be your choice. Well, if you plan to work and use the internet at the café, please bear in mind that the café offered free WI-FI for only 40 minutes.
