A review of LimLaoNgow Bistro

Last weekend I went to Siam Square, the popular shopping and meeting place for Thai teenager and young adult. After walking around for an hour or two, I was hungry.

Siam Square is a great place for eating too. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés. I chose LimLaoNgow Bistro because I am a fan of noodle and I have never tried this restaurant before. The restaurant is famous for fishball for about 80 years.

The restaurant is casual and pleasing. There was not so crowded on that day, and almost of the customers are teenagers as expect.

Not so long, the waitress handed me a menu. There are 3 languages in the menu, so you do not have to worry about how to order the food.

I ordered Signature Tom-Yum Noodle (Thai-style hot and spicy soup). The noodle was served in a not-so-large bowl. I was surprised with the vegetable that came with the noodle because it is usually found in salad.

I was a bit disappointed with the soup because it was not full-flavored. However, same as other noodle restaurants, chilli powder, sugar, fish sauce, and vinegar are provided. So, you can adjust the flavor to suit your taste. What I was impressed was the fishball and other ingredients that came with the noodle. It was so yummy! If you are a noodle lover and finding something to eat at Siam Square, this restaurant could be your choice.
