A review of Ruenros Restaurant, The Market, Bangkok

Today I am going to recommend a Chinese Restaurant named Ruenros Restaurant that is rated in the Michelin Guide Thailand. The restaurant has served Chinese food for more than 40 years. Now, it runs by the third generation.

The restaurant is decorated in Chinese Style. You will see the Chinese characters and the red color.

Their menu has 3 languages: Thai, English, and Chinese.

We chose the Premium Couple Set (1,440++ Baht) which consisted of a dish of Hors d’oeuvre, two cups of soup, a dish of fish, a dish of rice or noodle, two dishes of dessert. Let’s see what we have got.

First of all, they served sauces and Pickled Chinese Mustard with Sesame Oil which could be refilled.

The Best of Chinese Soup

Fresh Fish Maw in Brown Soup

Ruenros Spring Roll

Streamed Black Cod with Soy Sauce

Fried Rice With Chinese Broccoli and Dried Fish

Sweet Taro with Ginkgo Nuts

and ordered Chrysanthemum tea and Luo-Han Guo as drinks.

In short, the taste is delicious. The price is reasonable comparing to the quality of the ingredients. Well, maybe Chinese food is not my type; I don’t think I would revisit the restaurant. If you are a Chinese food lover, you might give it a try!
