A review of Sava Dining

Do you know Asava? It is a Thai top fashion brand that was found by Polpat Asavaprapa in 2008. Sava Dining is a restaurant that was found by him too; this time he designs the food.

Last weekend my friends and I went to The Emquartier. After walking for a while, we decided to have dinner at Sava Dining.

I walked pass this restaurant many times, but did not have a chance to try the food there. I loved the decoration of the restaurant. Blue, white, and grey made the restaurant look cozy and intimate.

We came there in a group of 5 people, so we ordered quite a lot of food. Since we came in group and I enjoyed talking, I forgot to write down the name of the food and its price. 🙁

When looking into the menu, we were a little bit confused and did not know what to order for a while. Most of the dishes were fusion food combining different cuisines into a single dish. Finally we ordered 8 main dishes.

Each dish costed around 290-350 baht, so I expected great taste and big portion. Well, many dishes came in small portion and the taste was ok.

After finishing the main dishes, we ordered 4 desserts to share and here is what we ordered.

The Thai tea pudding was so-so. Nothing special…

For this dish, I was disappointed because I expected the warm waffle.

The tiramisu one was not that great. The ladyfingers should be more soaked with coffee.

The last one was the lemon yogurt. I liked this one most and highly recommended if you come to this restaurant.

All in all, the ambience and service was good, but it was a bit pricey and the taste was average.
