On last weekend my mother and I had lunch at Shabu Shabu Nang Nai. This shabu restaurant has several branches around the town; we went to Asoke branch.
I have eaten at other few branches before and found out that all branches are not the same. In terms of decoration, each branch has its own style. For Asoke branch, I loved the atmosphere. It looked clean and cozy.
On the table, there was a pot of soup, sauces, and seasoning (chili, garlic, and spring onion) waiting for customers.
I did not like the sauce that they provided, so I asked for Sukiyaki sauce. Then, put the seasoning on Sukiyaki sauce.
This is the buffet restaurant so you can eat as much as you want. To order the food, just write down the amount that you want in the form. The form and menu had 2 languages (Thai and English), so you do not have to worry about how to order the food.
Here was a part of what we ordered.
we put what we order in the soup and waited until it cooked.
Usually the buffet restaurants have a time limit, but Shabu Nang Nai is an exception. You can eat as long as you want. I loved the taste and also the service here. The price was reasonable. If you want to try Shabu, I recommend this restaurant.
