October is about to pass. This blog post aims to tell you how the weather in Bangkok, Thailand in October 2016 was. I believe that it will be useful for anyone who plan to visit Bangkok in the years to come. You can use it as a reference when packing stuffs before the trip.
October is in rainy season in Thailand; it is the last month of this season. After this month, it will be a cool season. So, I did expect the rain and comfortable weather.
In October 2016, the weather was similar to August 2016 and September 2016. It rained about three or four times a week. However, the temperature was still up to 30 degree Celsius during the day; it slightly decreased after raining. Besides, after the raining, the traffic became worse; to travel from one place to another place took much longer time.
My recommendation to travel Bangkok on October is to prepare a raincoat or an umbrella. You have much chance to use it. Besides, you should have a flexible itinerary. Instead of going to a temple or a market, you might go to either shopping malls or museums.
Enjoy wandering Bangkok!
